Pole bodies are manufactured from S355JR or S235JR grade steel with conical or polygonal cross-sections. To ensure corrosion resistance, all products are coated with hot-dip galvanizing in accordance with TS EN ISO 1461 standards.Upon request, electrostatic powder coating can be applied for additional protection against environmental conditions.
During the design process, TS EN 40-5 wind load calculations, dynamic load analyses, load-bearing capacity tests,and lighting balance simulations are performed. The poles are designed to allow easy maintenance access using manual or motorized service platforms (such as crane or rail systems).
Flange connection details, anchoring systems, cable channels, and luminaire mounting brackets are customized according to site conditions. Grounding and cable management systems are designed in compliance with electrical infrastructure standards.
