The pole bodies are manufactured using high-strength S235JR or S355JR steel materials. To ensure corrosion resistance, all products are coated with hot-dip galvanizing in accordance with TS EN ISO 1461 standards. Optionally, electrostatic powder coating (RAL color options) is applied to achieve an aesthetic appearance and additional durability.
During the design process, wind load calculations (TS EN 40-5), load-bearing capacity analyses, and internal cable routing channels are taken into account. The poles are structurally designed to safely support lighting fixtures, solar panels, or sensor systems.
To facilitate installation, anchoring systems and flange connection details are customized according to site conditions, ensuring maximum stability and long-lasting performance.
