Our company provides project-based engineering services in product groups such as railway special fastening components, turnout support plates, catenary and portal systems, traffic signal poles, cable car and ski lift poles, and steel superstructure construction equipment. Each product is modeled in 3D CAD environment, taking into account load, vibration, fatigue strength, galvanizing, and assembly tolerances, and is subjected to structural analysis prior to production.
During the production process, full compliance with EN 1090, ISO 3834, and UIC quality standards is ensured. All steel and connection elements are made long-lasting through surface treatments such as hot-dip galvanizing, electrostatic painting, or passivation coating.
Project-specific engineering works are carried out by analyzing track geometry constraints, load requirements, energy line routes, and environmental conditions at the installation site. As a result, functional, safe, and long-lasting solutions are developed for each project.
