Special Superstructure Steel Products cover the project-based design and production of custom steel components used as mounting, connection, and load-bearing elements in railway and rail system superstructures. These products include a wide range of engineered parts such as rail base plates, sleeper connection components, anchor brackets, signal pole mounting bases, track alignment devices, and power line support elements. The production process is carried out in accordance with EN 1090-2, ISO 3834, EN 10025, and UIC 865-1 standards, taking into account on-site installation conditions and load requirements.
Railway superstructure steel products are specifically designed based on track geometry, rail profiles (e.g., UIC 60, 54E1, 49E1), and assembly types. Within this scope, each project undergoes static analyses, load testing, and field compatibility inspections. All productions are treated with hot-dip galvanizing or electrostatic powder coating to ensure long-term corrosion resistance. When necessary, modular and adjustable connection systems are designed to enhance maintenance convenience and installation practicality, ensuring seamless integration into railway operational conditions.
Upon project request, standard or customized products and equipment from the entire range of steel groups are manufactured—from pre-assembly components to the final product—providing comprehensive production solutionstailored to the needs of each railway project.
